Development

The Development Office works with the School’s Governors and Head of College to plan and raise funds for major projects. Robert Gordon's College continues to update its facilities and expand our bursary provision to ensure that we continue to offer a rich and rewarding educational experience for as many children as possible.

Our vision is the creation of a world class school.

We aim to provide pupils with a high quality learning and teaching experience and are world class in our aspiration and outlook.

It is a belief at the heart of the Robert Gordon’s College philosophy that the school should be accessible to boys and girls from a variety of backgrounds in North East Scotland, as it has been since its foundation.

Robert Gordon's College have completed two impressive phases of campus development with the opening of the state of the art Junior School in 2010 followed in 2015 with the completion of The Wood Foundation Centre for Science and Technology - the largest school centre for science education in Britain, along with The Craig Centre for Performing Arts a state of the art performance and digital recording venue.

We continue this momentum as we look towards the creation of a new sports facility to complement our onsite swimming pool at Schoolhill and our renowned sports grounds at Countesswells. Our ambitious plans demonstrate our commitment to our pupils and their future locally, nationally and internationally.
