Welcome to RGC Online
A new phase of development is underway as RGC Online continues to evolve its digital learning provision in response to feedback from pupils, families, schools, and the wider education sector.
Over recent years, RGC Online has delivered live online Qualifications Scotland courses, supporting learners across a range of subjects. We are proud of the impact this provision has had and grateful to all students, families, and staff involved.
From the next academic session, RGC Online will focus on two key areas: super-curricular online learning modules for pupils and online professional learning and CPD opportunities for educators.
The super-curricular programme will allow students to explore subjects beyond the curriculum, including areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Entrepreneurship, Games Design, Quantum Computing, and Cyber Security.
Alongside this, RGC Online is developing a growing offer of online CPD for teachers and education professionals, supporting flexible and accessible professional development across the sector.
Speaking about the next phase, Jess Power, Head of RGC Online, said: “RGC Online is focusing its offer to better meet the evolving needs of learners and educators. This next phase allows us to build on our strengths while developing more future-focused learning and professional development opportunities.”
