The need for strategic leadership in education has never been greater as we prepare future generations for an increasingly complex world. My experience of working in schools has confirmed that I am committed to complicated and challenging issues and believe school leaders have an important role to inspire and support teachers and, ultimately, improve outcomes for pupils. I look forward to bringing my family and being fully involved in the Robert Gordon's community.”
