We are always amazed at how our pupils balance co-curricular activities with coursework and volunteering. In true entrepreneurial spirit, Nikan launched a freelance marketing business.

Following his diverse interests, Nikan is off to Glasgow to study medicine alongside pursuing a freelance marketing career. He shared: “During S6 I had the challenge of launching my own freelance marketing business and training everyday to slot in an increased studying workload. Also, I had to figure out how to get A’s in different subjects so my studying for each one varied. I balanced my studies with marketing and boxing. I created a daily workflow, where I would create deadlines for each task.

“The school allowed me to keep my focus on what matters and boosted my self-confidence of thinking I am not like anyone else. I can achieve what I set out to do.”
