Senior boys in rugby training at Saturday Sport

Saturday Sport at Countesswells was back in full swing after the summer break for both Junior and Senior School pupils.

The weather did anything but dampen spirits with all pupils arriving full of energy and enthusiasm to get back to sport. Pupils took part in rugby and hockey sessions learning new skills through drills and game-based play ahead of the full season ahead.

Mr Harper, Head of Sport said: “Sport is such a big part of the co-curriculum here at RGC and to see pupils back at Countesswells on Saturday was just amazing. Staff and pupils alike have been looking forward to the start of this academic year, with the opportunity to start fresh after last year.

“I can’t wait to see this grow as we welcome spectators from next week to watch training and the return of Hockey and Rugby fixtures from Saturday 4th September at Countesswells.”
