Little performers and big smiles as Nursery nativity brings joy to all

Our Nursery children had a fantastic time performing ‘A Bundle of Joy’ on the MacRobert Hall stage for their much-loved annual nativity. With an enthusiastic audience of proud families filling the hall, the children shone brightly as they brought this year’s story to life.

We’re sure you’ve met the most familiar nativity characters before such as Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, angels, and kings, but this year our Nursery children introduced someone a little different - Grumble the delightfully grumpy donkey.

Miss Taylor, Teacher of Music, shared: “The nursery children gave a lovely performance learning about Grumble the donkey and the story of the nativity through songs, actions and well-spoken lines. They sang with enthusiasm, helping to tell the modern nativity story. They remembered their words well, joined in with the actions and clearly enjoyed sharing their songs with families. Well done nursery, a wonderful effort from everyone!”
