P2 Facetime with NASA Robotics Engineer

P2 are studying Transport as part of their Social Studies this term. Livia Lindgren's Grandma is a Robotics Engineer for NASA and kindly offered to FaceTime the children to talk to them about Space Travel. The children learned lots of interesting facts about Space travel. They learned how a rocket is launched and how long it takes to get into Space. They learned that many things we use in our everyday life such as light aeroplane seats and velcro were invented for travel in Space.
