RGC Online profiled in The Scotsman

We are pleased to share that RGC Online was recently profiled by Calum Ross, the education correspondent for The Scotsman. The feature, published yesterday, shines a light on the innovative approach and potential RGC Online has for the education sector.

Robin Macpherson, the head of Robert Gordon’s College, emphasised the importance of providing a flexible learning environment for students interested in the tech sector.

The article highlights what RGC Online has to offer, including Higher Computing Science and Higher Applications of Mathematics courses, and additional modules including Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Entrepreneurship. These courses are designed to prepare our students for future careers in technology and are available across Scotland, including those on fully funded scholarships.

“What I’d like to see in five or 10 years time is that this has been scaled up across the country,” Mr Macpherson said, envisioning a future where such partnerships between independent education, state education, and the private sector create educational opportunities for all.

Mr Macpherson's insights underline RGC Online’s commitment to overcoming educational barriers and ensuring that talented students have the resources they need to succeed in the tech sector.
