S4 inspire change in this year's Youth Philanthropy Initiative

Congratulations to all of our S4 pupils for their incredible effort, passion and commitment throughout this week’s Youth Philanthropy Initiative!

From the launch on Monday, to yesterday’s competitive heats and today's final, it has been truly inspiring to watch our pupils collaborate, research and advocate for charities that matter deeply to them. Every group demonstrated empathy, creativity and confidence in their presentations - raising awareness and giving a voice to charities making a real impact in our communities.

Charities represented in today's final:

- Aberdeen Cyrenians
- Forget Me Not Club
- Penumbra Mental Health
- CFine
- Grampian Stroke Club
- Rape Crisis Aberdeen

We are proud to announce that the winning charity of this year’s £3,000 YPI Award is Penumbra Mental Health! The S4 group consisting of Ivanna, Diego, Kirsty, Yazmyn, Aleks and Zander delivered a powerful, passionate and heartfelt presentation in support of this remarkable charity. Your dedication and advocacy truly shone through today.

It has been a remarkable journey, let’s continue to celebrate compassion, leadership and positive change!
