Senior pupils become Tudor Queens for ‘Six: Teen Edition’

Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived.

Yesterday evening, the cast of ‘Six: Teen Edition’ rocked the mic to tell the story of the six wives of King Henry VIII.

Full of glitz, glamour and sparkle, the pupils performed their first of three evening shows to a sold out audience.

Miss Boyne, Teacher of Drama shared: “We are so proud of our pupils and this incredible production. Alongside exams, our cast had to learn songs, dances and dialogue, and returned with one week to rehearse before the show opened. We are so lucky to have such talented singers and musicians and I am delighted that we get to finish the school year with this show.”

S5 pupil Nicole who plays Anne Boleyn said: “It’s been amazing to play Anne Boleyn. It’s combined my love of Musical Theatre and history in a fun way and I have formed an amazing bond with all the girls.”
