The RGC Pipe Band and Highland Dancers took centre stage in MacRobert Hall this week, treating families and guests to a spectacular musical extravaganza at the annual St. Andrew's Night Tattoo. Hosted by Mr. Sumner and Mrs Melville, the event drew a delighted crowd, including parents, governors, and supporters of the RGC Pipe Band.
Mr Sumner, Contingent Commander, shared: “Our young talents from Primary 3 to S6 showcased their extraordinary skills in a diverse range of musical performances. It was a wonderful evening of traditional piping, rhythmic drumming, and spirited Highland dancing. It is heartening to see the enthusiasm of our young performers and the unwavering support from the Gordon’s community.”
The annual St Andrew's Night Tattoo is a celebration of our pupils’ commitment to music and dance, as well as our vibrant cultural Scottish traditions. The vibrant and emotive atmosphere, coupled with outstanding performances, created an unforgettable evening for all.
This weekend sees the start of their festive performances. Look out for the Pipe Band at the Evening Express Carol Concert at the P&J Live Arena.
