The RGC Staff Pantomime made a welcomed return to The Craig Centre for Performing Arts College after a hiatus last year.
Team RGC donned their fairytale attire, wigs and stage makeup to channel their characters for this year’s performance of Beauty and the Beanstalk. The pantomime was broadcast to an online audience raising money for Aberdeen Mountain Rescue, Campus Holidays and RNLI in memory of much loved colleague Owain Bristow.
Miss Sophie Boyne, Teacher of Drama, said: “This year saw the return of the highly anticipated Staff Panto. In under three weeks, a cast of 25 teachers and operational staff grouped together to rehearse and perform in memory of our own panto legend, Owain Bristow.
“With the added pressure of a live stream, COVID restrictions and very little rehearsal time, the staff certainly put on an incredible show.”
If you can support the fundraising efforts of the Staff Pantomime, donations can still be made via Just Giving. “Oh yes you can!”
