The Robert Gordon’s College community, including our Combined Cadet Force, participated in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk as part of their annual fundraising efforts for veterans.

The Schoolhill Striders took on the ‘Mighty Stride’ in aid of SSAFA, with all funds raised going directly to support the charity’s vital work.

Mr Sumner, Contingent Commander, said: “Embarking on the challenging route, the Schoolhill Striders were full of laughter and camaraderie as they set off from Bellfield Park in Banchory, before walking approximately 18 miles and finishing at Duthie Park in Aberdeen. Everyone had a wonderful day, braving various weather conditions and showing great team spirit throughout the journey. It was a fantastic effort raising funds for a very worthy cause.”
