Primary 5 had a special week planned for them at Alltnacriche however due to the current climate were unable to attend. This did not stop our teachers who organised a fun packed outdoor activities week for pupils, which mirrored the activities they would have taken part in at Alltnacriche. This included creating a Zip Line, Boat Building, Archery with making a bow and arrow, Scavenger Hunt and much more.

Along with the fun activities Alltnacriche raises awareness of helping others. The pupils were asked to take part in a rotation of chores to help their families which included hoovering, dusting and setting the table for meals. For every successful completion they earned House points.

Kalila S (P5) shared: “Many of us showed resilience and creativeness throughout the Alltnacriche activity week. Although we were not allowed to visit Alltnacriche we thought outside the box and made it the best week we could.”

Riyansh (P5) added: “I have really enjoyed taking part in this new experience of having an online residential trip.”
