The Robert Gordon’s College Pipe Band and Highland Dancers were delighted to be invited to perform at the opening of the Aberdeen Christmas Village yesterday, marking the start of the city’s festive celebrations in true RGC style.
The distinctive sound of the pipes, combined with the precision and flair of the dancers, created a vibrant atmosphere for members of the public and their families who had gathered to enjoy the occasion. Their performance of tradition and energy brought warmth to the heart of the city, and we are immensely proud of the professionalism shown by every pupil involved. It was a memorable opportunity for our Junior and Senior performers to share their talents with the wider community, highlighting the dedication and teamwork at the core of life at Robert Gordon’s College.
Community events continue this weekend as the RGC Chamber Choir performs at the Charlie House Santa Fun Run, bringing music, energy, and festive cheer to the community while supporting a local charity.
