Inspire Catering, the in house catering team at the College, has re-launched its weekly e-magazine “From the Kitchen” to whet the appetite of pupils whilst learning from home.
With pupils (and of course staff) missing their food fix at the College, the return of From the Kitchen comes at the perfect time to offer simple recipes to keep the week full of vitality.
From harissa cauliflower steaks to tie in with Veganuary to supermarket swaps to feed the family, this week’s issue is bursting with recipes and top tips to ensure every meal is a highlight of the day.
