The RGC Interfaith Society has been formed by pupils from S4 and S5 with the aim of showcasing the diversity in faith and belief at Robert Gordon’s College.

Ananth S (S4) shares: Interfaith is a brilliant way for people of different faiths to come together in unity and discuss relevant and thought-provoking issues from various perspectives. Essentially, it promotes harmony between people of different faiths.

“During our weekly Friday meetings, we have engaging discussions, stimulating activities and interactive sessions that enable us to increase our understanding of other faiths, strengthen our own perspectives on different matters and encourage positive conversation.

“As part of the main Faces of Faith exhibition, we are delighted that our Society is able to have our own display, showcasing stories from our members and how faith has influenced their life.”

There is another public viewing of the Interfaith Aberdeen ‘Faces of Faith’ exhibition in the Craig Centre for Performing Arts Foyer tomorrow from 10am - 12.30 pm.

The gallery highlights 16 people of faith who describe the joys, challenges, and complexities of living as a person of faith in Scotland, and the impact these communities have on a local, national, and international level.
