Last week, The Craig Centre for Performing Arts transformed into a vibrant showcase of sound, rhythm and youthful energy, as Senior School pupils took to the spotlight for the annual ‘Live at the Craig Centre’.

The Robert Gordon’s College community gathered in anticipation and they were not disappointed. The line-up included songs such as ‘You Can Count on Me’ (theme from Hawaii Five-O), ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ by Weezer, and hits by The Proclaimers. From solo acoustic sets to full band performances, the evening celebrated the incredible range and creativity of our senior pupils.

Mrs Thom, Woodwind Instructor, shared: “I am super proud of all the performers. There was a huge amount of hard work involved leading up to the performances, and the groups and soloists certainly did not disappoint. It is great to be able to showcase the brilliant talent we have in our 6th year pupils, as well as experiencing the amazing talent we have coming through the ranks. I dont know of any other concert that would give you ‘ Count Basie ‘ one minute and ‘ Royal Blood ‘ the next! A brilliant evening - thank you to everyone who was involved and also those who helped on the night.”
