After their YPI project in 2025, during which they supported The Forget Me Not Club, senior pupils at Robert Gordon’s College are continuing their commitment to the community by organising a fundraising ceilidh to support people affected by dementia.

Kyle shared: "During YPI, our group formed close connections through the touching stories of the beneficiaries of The Forget Me Not Club. We promised to help if they ever needed us, and in December we got back in touch to support them with a dance night. After its success, we gathered a group of friends and decided to organise a fundraising ceilidh, the proceeds of which will go toward helping more people affected by dementia."

The ceilidh takes place on Saturday, 11 April 2026, at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom. Enjoy a night of fun, music, and community, with all proceeds supporting those living with dementia.
