This week, some of our RAF cadets took part in a Leadership Cadre and Range day held at Gordon Barracks.

The pupils enjoyed the progressive training programme, which offered an exciting and challenging experience inspiring the cadets to learn and develop new skills in leadership, personal responsibility and self-discipline.

The cadets taking part in the Blue Leadership Course were trained and then assessed on their ability to deliver accurate briefings and to lead a team through command tasks. Congratulations to Cameron R, Rosie L, Chloe C and Alice R who all all successfully passed the course.

We look forward to seeing the cadets put their new skills into practice within the College and developing their own leadership styles both in and out of the classroom.

Some of our cadets also had the opportunity to take part in range practices, which allowed them to refresh their drills with a number of pupils having their first experience on the 25m range. Well done to Bonita D, Rosie L, Tanush K, Subhana M and Kimberly S who all qualified and received the 'Blue Trained Shot Badge'.
