In July each year, the Royal Air Force Air Cadets run week-long Leadership Courses at RAF Cranwell.

This year, S6 pupils Sergeant Daisy N and Cpl Finlay B were selected to attend the prestigious leadership course. The course concluded with a final parade where Daisy's Flight won best Flight! 

Comfortably back at home, Daisy was able to reflect on the experiences of the week: "I would say that I have learned a lot about myself, adapting to staying somewhere where standards are so high and the very early starts and late finishes. The course has been an extremely valuable experience despite the challenges. It was a brilliant week and great to be working with like minded people."

We can't wait to see what both pupils achieve in the near future.
