Some of our Junior and Senior School pupils participated in The Robert Burns World Federation North of Scotland Festival 2023.

Held at Portlethen Academy, the competition provides an opportunity for children across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire to come together and compete in drama and music in the performance of Robert Burns poems and songs.

Mrs Rose, Teacher of Junior School Drama shared: “It is a real celebration of our national bard and a fantastic opportunity for the children to go out into the community and share their talents in a competition setting. Robert Gordon’s College is proud to have supported this event with many entries and significant success for many years.”

Congratulations to Primary 6 pupil Alexander who became the overall North East Scotland Burnsian Champion 2023. He will now start preparations for the National Finals.
