Senior School pupils have had an incredible time celebrating all aspects of sport in their annual Sports Review 2024 event.
Held in the Craig Centre for Performing Arts, pupils from across the year groups were treated to a review of the year, celebrating achievements from outstanding individual performances to team triumphs.

Mrs Hardie, Head of S1, said: “At the S1 Celebration of Sport we recognised the huge array of Sporting achievements in S1 this year! We heard from our older pupils and FPs who have gone on to do great things in Sport. We dared the S1 pupils to be ambitious and brave. We challenged all of them, regardless of their ability, to keep seeking new opportunities, embrace the joy of playing, compete with passion, encourage one another to do their best, and not be scared to make mistakes. We are so very proud of S1 this year and we can't wait to watch so many of them go on to do great things in Sport.”
S2-S3 Sport Review
Mr Mcleod, Director of Sport, opened the S2-S3 Sport Review in the Craig Centre for Performing Arts. He shared: “Whether you choose to participate in sport to embark on a journey towards excellence and success or whether it is for the joy of taking part and becoming part of a ‘community’, it is important to remember that sport is not just about winning or losing; it's about the values we gain. Friendship, community, and teamwork are woven into the fabric of sport here at RGC, creating bonds and cherished experiences that last a lifetime.”
