Marking World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10 October, Mind for better mental health is encouraging everyone to “Do one thing” for better mental health. 

Our School Nurses highlighted: “Now more than ever it's important to find our headspace. For some people it's a blustery beach walk, a board game, puzzle or a chat with a friend or relative. The activities or resources that give us that time to reflect and straighten out our thoughts should be prioritised. By creating headspace and making this part of our routine our lives can become more fulfilled.”
